Richland Real Estate
Richland is located at the convergence of the Yakima and Columbia Rivers and is in Benton County. This is a very technically advanced community. Richland started life as a farm town and then became a hub for the nuclear industry.
Richland has grown by leaps and bounds since that time. You will find many different kinds of homes here. Pasco General Information
The city of Pasco has a large housing area as will as many apartment complexes. There has been lots of new construction in this city in the past few years. It has grown faster that all of the other cities in the Tri-City area. Pasco is located in Franklin County and is accessed across the Columbia River by 3 bridges. The Cable Bridge that has been in many architectural magazines, the Blue Bridge and the Sam Volpentest Bridge, which is a 6-lane bridge with speeds up to 70 mph.
There is a long walking, jogging, biking trail that runs along the Columbia River. The Columbia Cup Hydro Plane races are enjoyed from the Pasco side of the river, also. There are many beautiful homes that run along the Columbia River that rarely come on the market. There is also a large autoplex complex plus two RV dealerships located in Pasco.
