If you are looking for a real estate agent who is extremely hard working, experienced, honest, reliable, highly efficient, informative but without the pressure, always has a friendly and very helpful attitude, listens to your needs and then sends you MLS listings daily via e-mail until the right house is found, then you should call Barbara Korten at ERA Sun River Realty.
She was always such a delight to be with and efficiently answered every question, e-mail and phone call within 24 hours. We are so impressed by her. Many Realtors never returned our calls or e-mails.
She also referred us to a mortgage lender, title company, escrow company, home inspector and carpet store who all had the same level of efficiency. Our escrow closed early as was our desire and went very smoothly even though the sellers had moved out of state.
When I first met Barbara, I told her "REALTORS ARE NOT APPRECIATED ENOUGH". I have said it over and over to her because she is a rare individual who obviously loves what she is doing, is dedicated to excellence in every area, prioritizes customer service bar none and is a lady who is a delight to know.
